Biography

Dr. Yu-Chen Huang is an experienced educator, scholar, and school principal in Taiwan. She has practical experience as an elementary school teacher, principal, and university-level assistant professor. Dr. Huang is passionate about leveraging technology for impactful learning, innovative instruction, and international education. She is also dedicated to establishing strong partnerships with schools, educators, and international organizations. Dr. Huang is skilled in managing educational programs for international collaboration and intercultural learning. Currently, she is committed to implementing Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) in K-12 to provide more opportunities for intercultural learning for students globally.
